I get told fairly often by gym goers that they walk into the gym, ready to smash a workout and then as soon as they walk in, they freeze and have no idea what to do.
This is because a lot of gym goers don’t have a structured plan, they go in, look around and see what’s not in use and they use it. It’s normally a bike, treadmill or cross trainer because they’re easy bits of equipment to use. Alternatively it’s someone doing hundreds of reps of bicep curls and shoulder press using the same weight.
You need to push yourself to change.
So what I’ve done is create two free workouts that can be used at the end of your structured fitness programme, or instead of your unstructured fitness routine.
If you think you need a structured plan, motivation and accountability then personal training may be for you. Email me or follow me on Facebook to get in touch.
Much Love, JF
