I offer a variety of options such as pay as you train, block buys and direct debits. Whatever you choose, the sessions will be tailored to your individual goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength, fitness, or sport specific goals; paired with correct nutritional advice, we can achieve your goals together. We can train at a local park, your work place, the comfort from your own home or at Twickenham rugby club.
TRAIN WITH A FRIEND
If you feel more comfortable working out with a friend, partner or family member and would prefer to split the cost, then this could be the right option for you. I offer a variety of options such as pay as you train, block packs and direct debits. Whatever you choose, the sessions will be tailored to both of your goals.
If you feel that you don't have the finances or the time for a Personal Trainer, but you still want to see progress at home or in the gym, then this is the option for you! This is a three-month course. You will receive a personalised training programme that fits into your schedule to make your gym sessions effective. You will also receive specific nutritional information for you and unrivalled support throughout the training plan. **Only 10 spaces at a time**
